Your ability to adapt to evolving technologies and deliver innovative solutions will be critical to success.
In this role, you will:
- Architect and manage hybrid cloud solutions across on-premises and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Lead infrastructure modernization projects, including migration strategies and cloud adoption frameworks.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Drive automation for provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with security and networking teams to ensure compliance, governance, and robust security posture.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery and application deployment.
- Optimize performance and cost across hybrid environments through proactive monitoring and tuning.
- Mentor engineers and establish best practices for cloud operations and automation.
- 5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering with a focus on hybrid cloud environments
- 5+ years of observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- 3+ years of expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises virtualization technologies
- 3+ years of experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
- 3+ years of experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- 3+ years with GitOps workflows and tools (ArgoCD, Flux)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Solid understanding of networking, security hardening, and compliance framework
- Experience with cost optimization and multi-cloud governance strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
