Lead Generation Specialist
(with Growth into SDR Role) – Pharma State Licensing

About LighthouseAI
LighthouseAI provides pharmaceutical state licensing software and services to pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesale distributors, logistics companies, and pharmacies. The LighthouseAI product suite includes LighthouseAI Intelligence®, which uses artificial intelligence to automate compliance requirement research, and LighthouseAI Management® which enables maintenance. LighthouseAI creates a stress-free and streamlined state licensing experience with support from our expert industry veterans and professional solutions.

We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help identify and confirm decision-makers responsible for pharmaceutical state licensing across a focused list of companies.

This is not a sales or meeting-booking role. You’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, Salesloft, and state licensing board directories to find and verify the right contacts.

Once identified, you’ll log and tag these contacts so our SDR team can follow up with booking meetings for our sales team. You’ll be trained on our process and supported by the SDR Manager.

This is a great role for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and looking to break into sales development/sales without the pressure of cold selling.

This is a full-time remote position.

Only US applicants will be considered.
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm ET

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research a defined list of target accounts
  • Identify individuals responsible for or involved in pharma state licensing
  • Use multiple platforms, including:
    • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • ZoomInfo
    • Salesforce
    • Salesloft
    • State licensing board websites/directories
  • Make light-touch calls or emails (scripts provided) to confirm roles — no sales pitch or meeting bookings
  • Input contact info in Salesforce & Salesloft
  • Collaborate with the SDR team to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment

What You Won’t Be Doing:

  • You won’t be selling
  • You won’t be booking meetings
  • You won’t be expected to manage ongoing communication — your role ends after the decision maker is confirmed and logged.

Work Experience Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, research, or data entry (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with sales and research tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, or Salesloft (preferred but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks and focused, independent work in a remote environment
  • Interest in growing into a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role over time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone looking to break into sales development/sales
  • Familiarity with sales and research tools — or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific role criteria
  • Professional communication skills for light outreach (calls or emails)

Why Join Us?

We’re a fast-moving team focused on quality outreach in a niche market. This role is your chance to:

  • Learn top-tier sales and research tools
  • Work closely with an experienced sales development team
  • Contribute to mission-critical pipeline development
  • Gain valuable experience in the pharma and life sciences space
  • Grow into an SDR role over time

Compensation:

  • Base Pay: $21 - $26 per hour
  • Commission: Up to $20,000 annually

Benefits:

  • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance
  • STD, LTD, Life Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • PTO and Paid Holidays
