Experience and skills we are looking for:
8+ years of game development experience with a proven track record of shipping titles.
Deep programming expertise, particularly with C# and the Unity engine.
Strong background in building solid game architecture using SOLID design principles.
Great focus on debugging, profiling, and performance optimization for target platforms.
Clear, thoughtful communication skills to help motivate and organize the team.
Familiarity with agile development practices and a proactive approach to solving problems.
