What impact you’ll make:
As a member of the Finance Systems team, you will be an active contributor to the simplification of the Power systems infrastructure and standardization of the COE processes ensuring adequate financial flows and closing routines.
What you’ll do
Develop strategies for Go-to-Market ERP Migration scope
Tactical communication and engagement plans to execute the successful finance business
transformations across ERP programs
ERP financial clean-up
GL and Subledger conversion activity
Assisting with training to the end users on ERP design and accounting flows
Financial reconciliation pre and post go live and support the following post go live closing routines until all open items are resolved.
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Some experience of Finance systems related work and at least significant experience of overall finance and accounting
Prior ERP migration related experiences managing important volume of data
Being flexible, because the Go-to-Market team will have to execute projects on multiple technologies, Oracle and SAP
Influencing skills in a matrix organization to a team of accounting and technical experts
Analytical mindset, flexibility to pivot strategy and can-do attitude.
