About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Owner for Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security product area. Accountable for area vision, strategy and roadmap. This role will report to the Cybersecurity Governance Product Management Director. The organization is responsible for protecting the company, engaging with enterprise business groups, continually assessing information security risk and identifying emerging risks to provide information security which the enterprise teams rely upon for their success.
In this role, you will:
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across Infrastructure Security.
  • Develop, evolve, and communicate the product area vision, priorities, and strategy to key partners and stakeholders while obtaining feedback, managing risk, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
  • Establish, communicate, and monitor product-area goals and performance indicators, using metrics for continuous improvements and data-inspired decisions.
  • Utilize voice-of-customer for discovery and product/service design.
  • Provide strategic leadership for resolving impediments to accelerate delivery.
  • Continuous collaboration with product manager and other product owners in Cyber Governance on the overall product road map, alignment of teams' work to roadmap, and product cadences.
  • Translate technical cybersecurity policy requirements into business consumable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with Domain subject matter experts to prioritize work for respective area backlog.
  • Plan and manage product area feature backlog by working with kanban lead and teams to write features, and continuously refine the work with teams in Jira, based on progress/impediments.
  • With other product owners, identify and resolve prioritization conflicts across product areas.
  • Organize product cadences around planning to include PI planning, Big Room Planning.
  • Display proficiency with process optimization and automation to enhance operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of Agile practices and frameworks (coaching, product manager or product owner) experience.
Desired Qualifications:
  • General information security / cybersecurity engineering or operations experience.
  • Technical, systems engineering background
  • CISSP certification
  • Experience optimizing and automating processes, procedures and controls.
  • Experience establishing a vision, developing strategy to support the vision, and driving action towards the vision through effective management of roadmap, goals and objectives.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead.
  • Finance sector experience or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to drive prioritization discussions to deliver on highest value outcomes.
  • Thought leader who brings diverse experiences and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and gain alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities.
  • Advanced risk management leadership skills
  • Advanced dependency management skills
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule - 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
