Your role at Dynatrace
As the program lead for the Cloud and AI Workloads integrated campaign, you'll play a vital role in shaping and executing cross-functional, high-impact program(s) related to cloud native observability, AI observability, and observability for developers. Collaborating with global teams across growth, product marketing, marketing operations, and sales development. Expected to lead the charge in developing strategies that accelerate pipeline and drive business growth for various GTM programs supporting Cloud and AI workloads global campaign.
Responsibilities:
Develop targeted programs that address objectives, deliver messaging, and respond to market needs.
Drive the success of your programs by fostering engagement with key personas and accelerating pipeline growth.
Strategize, execute, and optimize program tactics across channels like webinars, email marketing, paid digital, and more.
Arm cross-functional teams with program materials for scalability across GEOs.
Execute engaging program packages partnering with product and content marketing, including promotional content, landing pages, email campaigns, banners, and other assets.
Collaborate with digital, marketing operations, and sales development teams to create effective follow-up plans.
Qualifications
Proven experience in program management, campaign marketing and particularly in highly cross-functional environments.
Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and other marketing tools a plus.
Results-driven, with a passion for building integrated marketing programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4-6 years in Marketing Campaigns or Programs
Background customer marketing, customer lifecycle, and/or product lead growth
