Position Purpose:
Provide communications and content marketing expertise to support internal and external communications, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. Manage the editorial cycle from content creation through delivery for written communications, marketing materials, and campaigns that support organizational priorities, brand objectives, and business initiatives. Develop and distribute content across multiple channels, including digital, email, web, social, presentations, media, community outreach, and employee communications, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment for diverse audiences.
- Write, review, and revise communication and marketing materials that support strategic objectives, including emails, newsletters, presentations, website content, social media content, media materials, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the editorial process from content creation through delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to support communications and marketing strategies, including tracking and reporting content performance metrics.
- Develop, review, and refine department, partner, and client-facing content to ensure accuracy, readability, accessibility, appropriateness, and adherence to brand standards.
- Create communication and marketing deliverables that support awareness, engagement, education, outreach, and promotional initiatives for employees, members, providers, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Create, update, and maintain content across digital communication channels, including internal and external websites, social media platforms, email communications, and other owned media channels.
- Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of promotional materials and branded assets while ensuring budget compliance and tracking financial impact.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors, printers, designers, agencies, media contacts, community partners, and other external stakeholders to support communication and marketing initiatives.
License/Certification: Storytelling certification and Prosci certification (ADKAR Model) preferredPay Range: $70,100.00 - $126,200.00 per year
