  • Contribute to the development of shared documentation, standards, and processes to ensure long-term sustainability and stakeholder trust in our data assets.

What you’ll need:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, preferably in healthcare or another data-rich, regulated domain.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern BI tooling and engineering frameworks (e.g., dbt or similar).
  • Experience building and managing curated datasets using claims, member, provider, eligibility, and other healthcare data domains.
  • Proficiency in Tableau (e.g; Tableau Cloud/Desktop/Prep, API, visualization, row level security, etc)
  • Proven experience designing and implementing scalable data models that support enterprise reporting and ad hoc analysis.
  • Deep understanding of dimensional modeling, normalization/denormalization tradeoffs, and performance tuning for analytical workloads.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow
  • Experience working in AWS
