At HubSpot, we’re passionate about helping millions of organizations grow better — and we believe our people are what make that possible. As our team expands across the world, we’re committed to offering benefits that support employees in every stage of life, no matter where they call home.
That’s where you come in.
About the Role:We’re looking for a Lead Benefits Project Manager to help us deliver a benefits experience that’s simple, supportive, and consistent across our global footprint. This role blends program strategy with hands-on execution: you’ll help shape our global approach to benefits while also running the projects, partnerships, and processes that make it all work.
If you care deeply about creating a world-class employee experience, enjoy building scalable systems, and love collaborating across regions and time zones, you’ll thrive here. You’ll report directly to the Head of Global Benefits and will be an individual contributor.
In This Role, You’ll Get To:
Project Manage Global Benefits Programs
- Project manage key global benefits initiatives including annual renewal planning, open enrollment, program launches, and policy updates.
- Manage project plans, timelines, communications, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
- Partner with our People teams around the world to ensure programs meet local needs, regulations, and expectations.
- Scale up HubSpot’s programs, processes, and technology tools; identifying opportunities and creating the plan to optimize them.
Make Our Benefits Better (and Smarter)
- Gather insights, benchmark global markets, and support the evolution of HubSpot’s global benefits strategy.
- Contribute to the development of our global benefits philosophy and vision for the future.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance employee experience.
- Balance global consistency with local relevancy — helping us grow better, not just bigger.
Strengthen How We Operate
- Create key integrators like our global benefits repository and create meaningful global data reporting.
- Improve benefits processes, documentation, and workflows across our People tech stack.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, People Business Partners, and external vendors to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Support employee education by creating clear, friendly, and accessible communications for rollouts and everyday use.
Be a Trusted Partner
- Serve as an escalation point for complex benefits questions.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Bring clarity, compassion, and expertise to every interaction.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 5–8 years of experience in project management, consulting project work, or workflow / process management. Also has related experience in global benefits, total rewards, or HR/People operation.
- Has led cross-functional projects and enjoys the organization, communication, and problem-solving that comes with it.
- Brings experience supporting global scaling or new country launches.
- Understands global benefits regulations and programs (or is excited to further their expertise).
- Uses data and insights to guide decisions.
- Communicates clearly and loves making complicated things feel simple for others.
- Enjoys working in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.
- Is comfortable balancing hands-on execution with broader program thinking.
