Job Description 
Analyst, Global Performance Management & Analytics is responsible for driving global visibility, governance, and continuous improvement of MAKE performance metrics across regions and sites. 
In addition, the role serves as the business owner of digital tools supporting KOE, defining business requirements, partnering closely with SmartOPS to ensure digital solutions effectively support KOE deployment and business objectives. 
         
Key Responsibilities 
  • Own the governance and global tracking of MAKE performance metrics and KPIs. 
  • Single point of contact for MAKE Performance metrics 
  • Coordinate with process owners and cross-functional partners. 
  • Maintain visibility of KPI status, progress, ownership, and performance trends across regions and sites. 
  • Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities and support action planning. 
  • Support governance reviews, leadership updates, and business performance discussions. 
  • Ensure performance measurement approaches remain aligned with KOE standards and business priorities. 
  • Act as the business owner of digital tools supporting KOE. 
  • Partner with SmartOPS as the primary development and delivery partner for KOE digital solutions. 
  • Ensure digital solutions effectively support KOE standards, governance processes, and performance management requirements.

Required Experience & Skills 
 
Education 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 
  • Advanced degree preferred. 
Experience 
  • 4-6 years of experience in Manufacturing preferred Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Project Management (Mandatory) 
  • Knowledge of KOE / Lean / Performance Management frameworks  
  • Experience working in a matrixed global organization. 
  • Experience driving business performance through KPI governance and analytics. 
  • Experience working with digital transformation, business systems, or digital solution deployments. 
  • Experience defining business requirements and collaborating with technology teams to deliver business solutions.
