Job Summary & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Launch Success Specialist to join our Dealer Performance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the continued quality and performance of Impel AI solutions during initial deployment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of effective configurations and varied business practices within the automotive industry. The Launch Success Specialist will be responsible for analyzing, and ensuring tactical alignment of existing dealership systems and processes with the Impel AI product suite, conducting quality assurance of successful implementation, and systematically identifying potential issues, problem solving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.


  • Develop and execute post-implementation quality assessment plans and strategies.

  • Independently identify, communicate, document and resolve complicated technical errors, obstacles, and performance issues.

  • Collaborate with implementation, training and performance management teams, as well as third party providers to understand and find solutions for reported issues.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for identified problems.

  • Report product quality and performance to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of best practices around system setup and adoption.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI and automotive software.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but dealership software experience without a degree will be considered.

  • 1 or more years of experience with SaaS products and/or AI platforms

  • Proven experience in systems quality assurance, particularly in a post-launch capacity.

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Working understanding of dealership environments, roles and processes.

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and vehicle systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Smart brevity communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment while solving technical issues quickly and creatively.

  • Proven to be productive working from a home office with Google Productivity Suite, Altassian, Zoom and Slack.

  • Less than 10% travel.
