Every pet should get the care they need, regardless of cost. Vet med prices are up 40% since 2020, and pet owners are stuck having to pick between their bank account and furry friend. At Snout, we aim to solve this by enabling clinics to offer pet wellness plans, that actually work.
Snout is one of the fastest growing wellness plan providers in the veterinary space, trusted by clinics across the U.S. We’re a small but mighty startup team and we’re on the lookout for a Launch Clinic Success Manager based in our Troy, Michigan office to help every new partner clinic start strong and build enrollments in its first 90 days.
As a Launch Clinic Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the clinic’s main partner for a successful wellness plan launch. You’ll align clinic leadership, train the full clinic team, build buy-in, and put goals and incentives in place that drive enrolments through the clinic’s first 90 days. You’ll report to our Head of Clinic Success and work side by side with our Onboarding Specialist and Nurture Clinic Success Managers.
A clinic’s first 90 days are the best predictor of how it will do long term. When the whole clinic’s team believes in the plans, it leads to enrollments building early and then the clinic is set up to grow for years. This is impactful work because it means more pets get the preventive care their owners can afford through Snout’s wellness plans. A slow clinic start with plan sales is much harder to turn around later, which is why this role matters so much.
If you’re a natural in front of a room, love coaching people toward a goal, and get a kick out of watching numbers climb, we’d love to hear from you. Come help the pack get more pets the care they need!
Snout is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We know that great candidates may not check every box — and that’s okay. If you're excited about this role and our mission, we encourage you to apply if you meet at least 50% of qualifications. If you need any accommodations during the application or interview process, please let us know — we’re happy to support you.
