LATAM Performance Marketing Lead

As we expand our presence across Latin America, we are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Lead to spearhead our user acquisition efforts in Brazil and Mexico across both web and app platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, Kwai, programmatic networks, affiliate platforms, and other local inventory sources. You will design and execute data-driven UA strategies, optimize performance funnels, and collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to deliver exceptional results in fast-growing and competitive environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the performance marketing strategy for Brazil and Mexico across web and app channels, aligned with business growth targets
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Kwai, and other performance platforms
- Drive user acquisition by improving key metrics (CPA, LTV, conversion rate) through data-driven testing and funnel optimisation
- Develop affiliate and programmatic channels in LATAM, unlocking new scalable growth opportunities
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and AppsFlyer, identifying insights and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver localised and impactful marketing campaigns
- Stay on top of trends, regulations, and competitor strategies in the LATAM digital and sports betting space
- Build strong relationships with key partners to secure priority access and maximise impact
- Provide leadership within your areas of responsibility, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the performance marketing team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition, preferably within the online sports betting industry, with proven success in LATAM markets.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must; Spanish is a strong plus.
- Deep knowledge of key performance marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data to drive decisions, improve performance, and scale growth.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing fundamentals across SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate, and email marketing.
- Understanding of LATAM digital consumer behaviour, with awareness of local trends, platforms, and regulatory landscape.
