About the RoleKira is seeking a LATAM General Manager to lead large-scale implementations of our AI-powered education platform in LATAM. This role will serve as the senior operational and customer success leader for major LATAM deployments, coordinating across government partners, local organizations, and internal Kira teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Rollout Leadership
Lead multi-phase deployments impacting thousands of students and teachers
Manage workback plans, readiness checklists, and execution timelines
Oversee curriculum ingestion, integrations, training, and go-live activities
Customer Success & Partner Management
Act as the primary partner to ministries of education, large school systems, and internal Kira teams
Drive platform adoption, teacher preparedness, and student impact metrics
Own all facets of our program in LATAM - from facilitating executive check-ins to support issue resolution
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align with Kira’s Product, Engineering, Sales, and Teacher Success teams on requirements
Support LMS integrations, SSO/APIs, dashboards, localization, and reporting
Ensure readiness of AI tools, content alignment, and analytics structures
Regional Team Leadership
Build and manage a LATAM implementation and customer success team
Establish operational rhythms, escalations, and performance KPIs
Support expansion into additional LATAM markets
Fluent Spanish and English
7+ years in Customer Success, Program Management, or EdTech/SaaS deployment
Experience leading teams and delivering complex implementations
Comfortable working with technical, executive, and government stakeholders
Ability to travel frequently to LATAM
Experience working with LATAM education systems or public-sector partners
Familiarity with LMS platforms, APIs, dashboards, and teacher training programs
