Job Duties
- Build a suite of software using Java, Flink, and Pulsar to identify pricing inefficiencies in live trading markets.
Assist with development of in-house hybrid cloud application frameworks.
Understand the full lifecycle and intricacies of a trading platform, including observability and deployment.
Interact and develop against third-party hybrid cloud messaging, data, observability, and deployment platforms.
Share ideas, experience, and knowledge with other members of the team.
Provide feedback to leadership on team health and processes to continuously improve productivity, tooling, and code quality.
Coordinate directly with stakeholders and firm leaders to plan work and design solutions.
Propose architectural improvements to the system to improve reliability, latency, and throughput.
Plan and lead projects, including breaking down and assigning work to other engineers

Minimum Requirements (must meet all):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering, AND
- 12-months’ experience in developing applications using Java or Kotlin and the utilization and application of quantitative models.
