Tomofun 正在尋找一位熟悉澳洲網紅環境、具備強大執行力與策略思維的「KOL/PR 夥伴 (KOL/PR Freelancer)」。你將負責澳洲市場的 KOL/KOC 合作策略、溝通、發文管理與成效優化，並探索與澳洲當地品牌、寵物友善企業或跨界夥伴的合作機會，進一步提升 Furbo 在澳洲的品牌聲量與市場滲透度。
澳洲市場充滿熱愛毛孩的家庭與強大的寵物文化，因此我們需要一位熟悉當地內容風格、能理解受眾與平台差異（含 Instagram、Facebook、TikTok、YouTube、Pet community creators）的你，將 Furbo 的影響力擴散到更多寵物爸媽的日常中。
【 What you'll do 】
- KOL/KOC 策略與執行
- 建立澳洲市場的Furbo KOL/KOC 策略：包含預算規劃、篩選名單、洽談合作、內容規劃與發文追蹤
- 擅用AI工具，提升內容品質與工作效率。
- 管理合作時程並追蹤曝光、轉換與內容品質
- 分析合作數據、優化投放策略，提高內容參與度與曝光
- 跨品牌 / 跨界合作
- 與澳洲本地寵物品牌、寵物友善企業、戶外/生活風格品牌尋求合作機會
- 協調合作流程，確保專案執行順暢，時程與內容品質達標
- 數據分析與優化
- 定期整理與分析成效KPI數據
- 提出具體優化建議，提升未來合作策略與規模化運作效率
- 具備 3 年以上 KOL 合作經驗，有 PR 經驗更佳，熟悉澳洲 KOL 生態與執行流程
- 擅長開發與管理合作關係，具備優秀的談判與溝通能力，能獨立執行合作專案
- 近半年有非仰賴 Agency 的直接執行經驗，從篩選到發文後的成效優化，皆獨立完成
- 優秀的內容規劃能力、審美力、數據敏感度
- 熟悉 Canva，會其他編輯軟體加分
- 平時工作有使用 AI 提升效率的習慣，如 ChatGPT、AI agent
- 喜歡主動嘗試、擅長溝通協作，優秀的自律和時間管理能力
- 喜歡毛小孩，有養寵物經驗者優先
