Your day at a glance:

  • Expand Genetec Sales across all Product lines with a defined list of Large End Users 
  • Discover, track and forecast those new product opportunities in the CRM  
  • Identify & support specific integration partners to deliver the solutions as applicable 
  • Visit End user sites- Corp Offices, Distribution Centers Stores, Branches, etc as required to fully learn End Users business needs 
  • Achieve annual sales quotas for these end users 
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal Genetec communication with SEs, Product Line Managers & Support as Required 
  • Report strategies, next steps & satisfaction levels from end users  
  • Coordinate end user & integrator training as required 
  • Acquire and maintain adequate knowledge of all existing & future Genetec products lines 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Good understanding of security operations 
  • Experience in the retail facilities, restaurant, or hospitality industry is a strong asset 
  • Prior experience working directly with end users or customers is preferred 
  • Hands-on experience with Genetec products and solutions is highly valued 
  • Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and and create consensus across business units and regions 
  • Broad experience in business operations and management priorities 
  • Ability to convene and build consensus in a stakeholder group 
  • Ability to travel 60%+
