Propósito del rol:
Serás responsable de liderar la estrategia comercial y de acceso con clientes clave, gestionando proyectos del portafolio GSK en el corto, mediano y largo plazo. Además, tendrás a tu cargo el desarrollo y la ejecución de estrategias de G2N (Gross to Net) y CTC (Cost to Company), maximizando el retorno sobre la inversión y fortaleciendo nuestra presencia en el canal de oncología.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Gestionar el presupuesto de ventas del territorio asignado, desarrollando estrategias comerciales con clientes institucionales, distribuidores, operadores logísticos y otros actores clave.
- Ejecutar y optimizar estrategias de G2N y CTC para mejorar la rentabilidad y acceso al portafolio.
- Participar activamente en licitaciones y concursos, asegurando una propuesta de valor competitiva y alineada a los objetivos de la compañía.
- Desarrollar estrategias de acceso y contribución para el canal de oncología, anticipándose a las necesidades del mercado y del paciente.
- Administrar eficientemente los procesos de SIT, devoluciones y cartera de clientes, en colaboración con Finanzas y Supply.
- Realizar análisis de inventarios, proyecciones de ventas y planes territoriales, con foco en resultados y toma de decisiones basada en datos.
Perfil que buscamos:
- Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión de clientes o EPS en el canal Oncológico (excluyente).
- Inglés intermedio.
- Dominio de herramientas de análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones comerciales.
- Alta capacidad de influencia, negociación e impacto.
- Enfoque estratégico, orientado a resultados y con fuerte capacidad de planificación.
- Habilidad para trabajar en equipo multidisciplinario y construir relaciones de largo plazo con stakeholders clave.
- Conocimiento de gestión financiera y evaluación de riesgos.
