Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets;
Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary;
Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators who purchase diagnostic equipment.
Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities.
Coordinate the scheduling of clinical demonstrations at various locations throughout territory. Arrange for transportation of equipment and coordinate the logistics of product evaluations.
Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product introductions, and new marketing strategies.
A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Good knowledge of English
Initial experience with customer facing roles
Interest in medical devices and healthcare industry.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals.
Strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision
