Job Description

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to own and operate our change management process across complex software, hardware, and infrastructure environments. In this role, you ensure that every system change is evaluated, approved, documented, and verified — maintaining stability, compliance, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with engineering, quality, commercial teams and our customers to keep our products aligned with requirements throughout their lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of changes applied over the period, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
  • Support audits, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prioritize and schedule changes based on business priorities and urgency.
  • Prepare the required documentation and resources for successful change implementation.
  • Identify configuration items — define and document critical components of products or systems.
  • Track changes — maintain accurate records of all modifications.
  • Control change approvals — ensure changes follow a structured, risk‑aware workflow.
  • Verify configurations — confirm that systems match approved designs and requirements.
  • Ensure the change management process is followed correctly and meets regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical/IT role or other relevant role (iGaming would be an advantage)
  • Secondary education
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written (additional languages like Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Greek, German would be an advantage)
  • Understanding of iGaming products
  • Good level of computer skills, experience in spreadsheets
  • Basic knowledge in Project Management
  • Customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with distributed teams and peers
  • High sense of responsibility, motivation & result driven attitude.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Commitment to keep deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate professionally with external and internal clients alike

 

It is a plus if you have:

  • Ideally, at least 3 years of technical compliance experience in iGaming performing a similar role.
  • Understanding or experience on change management processes.
  • Experience in products and games equipment analysis.
  • Experience in usage of software such as Jira, Confluence.
  • Understanding or experience on certifications and audits of games, systems and physical devices.
  • An auditor qualification and/or experience
