The Revenue Operations team at BlueCat drives efficiency, alignment, and insights across our go-to-market (GTM) engine including Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success.
As a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the reporting and analytics foundation that powers strategic decisions across the business. You’ll work with RevOps leadership and GTM teams to ensure data accuracy, improve visibility into performance metrics, and apply AI-driven tools to enhance forecasting, automation, and productivity.
You’ll experiment with AI-driven tools, design better reporting, and turn business requirements into scalable workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, analytics, and process improvement. Someone who can connect data to decisions and turn ideas into operational impact.
What You’ll Do:
• Reporting & Insights: Build and maintain Salesforce, Excel, and BI dashboards to support forecasting and pipeline visibility. Analyze data to uncover trends, anomalies, and root causes, presenting clear recommendations to leadership.
• Forecasting & Planning: Support GTM forecasting and planning by providing historical trend analysis, scenario modelling, and proactive performance insights.
• Data Governance: Develop and enforce data hygiene practices across GTM systems through training, governance frameworks, and adoption of data integrity standards.
• System Management: Maintain and optimize Salesforce and connected GTM tools (e.g., Gong, CaptivateIQ, Outreach, ZoomInfo). Collaborate with RevOps and IT teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, automated workflows.
• AI & Automation: Contribute to BlueCat’s AI strategy for revenue operations, pilot AI features within GTM systems, evaluate new AI platforms, and support responsible AI governance.
• Process Optimization: Document, automate, and improve operational workflows to streamline quoting, deal management, and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success to resolve process issues, enhance CRM compliance, and enable better execution through data-driven insights.
• Enablement: Build quick guides, walkthroughs, and enablement materials to drive tool adoption and reporting best practices across GTM teams.
What Will Put You at the Top of the List:
• Passion for data, systems, and how technology supports GTM teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• AI innovator, keeping abreast of changes in the GTM space
• Experience with low-code automation tools and ability to evaluate platform capabilities for AI-enhanced use cases
• Strong understanding of data hygiene and reporting fundamentals (e.g., pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, activity tracking).
• Clear communicator, you can translate technical details into practical business terms.
• Proactive learner with a bias for action; you don’t wait to be told what’s broken to start fixing it.
Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills are essential, basic understanding of formulas, pivot tables, and visualizations.
• Exposure to CRM or GTM systems Exposure to CRM or GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, etc.).
• Experience or strong interest in automation and AI productivity tools.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
