Role: Junior Project Manager (Contractor)
Function: UGC Creator Coordinator | Project Coordinator
Responsibility: To remove operational bottlenecks from Account Managers by managing all UGC workflow management, creator communication, deliverables tracking, and admin processes
Reports to: Account Manager
Job Type: This is an initial 3-month contract with the opportunity of extension

Founded in 2019 by Olly Hudson and Joe Marston, Soar With Us has rapidly grown into one of the UK’s premier advertising agencies for e-commerce brands. Our 25-person team spent over £20 million on Meta and TikTok ads for clients in 2022, working with brands like The Essence Vault, Art of Football, and Public Desire. As part of our latest growth phase, we're seeking skilled Paid Social Managers to drive success for our DTCclients and help us scale to new heights.

In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of clients from onboarding to continuous growth, creatingdata-driven strategies through platforms like Meta and TikTok. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll be responsible for achieving key metrics, such as CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets.

• Own end-to-end UGC workflow operations
• Manage all creator communication and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate deliverables trackers and Notion boards
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and creator progress
• Coordinate folder structures, naming conventions, and documentation
• Complete first-round QC for completeness (not creative judgement)
• Escalate issues or blockers early to the AM
• Ensure all workflows stay unblocked and on schedule
• Provide weekly/monthly operational updates

You will...

• Manage UGC pipeline across 5–10 top-tier accounts
• Track deliverables for high-volume content accounts
• Support AMs where UGC output is highest
• Work on operational improvements within Notion workflows
• Reducing admin load, creator chasing, and workflow friction
• Maintain consistency across pods and accounts
