About the Role
FareHarbor is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Junior Graphic & Multimedia Designer to join our Client Engagement team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Senior Designer, this role is perfect for a designer who enjoys working across various mediums. This role will focus on the creation and production of high-quality visual content in both print and digital formats.
You will play a key role in elevating our brand aesthetic across all channels and will take ownership of our visual brand across all touchpoints.
This is an ideal role for a developing designer who is eager to learn, hone their craft, and contribute creatively within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing environment.
What you’ll do here:
Creative Production & Design Support
- Design and produce visual assets across multiple channels, including:
- Sales & Marketing Collateral: Design high-impact presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, and pitch materials that empower our sales team.
- Social & Digital Content: Create engaging graphics for our blog and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that align with our brand identity.
- Video Production & Podcast Creative: Edit video snippets for social media, cut podcast episodes into "micro-content," and design episode-specific cover art and promotional graphics.
- Paid Advertising: Design high-converting ad units for platforms like Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn.
- Branding & Identity: Assist with basic logo iterations, brand guidelines, and internal ad hoc branding projects.
- Project Management: Manage multiple deadlines and iterate based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Senior Designer to interpret creative briefs and bring concepts to life
- Collaborate with Client Engagement & Marketing team to ensure creative supports campaign goals
- Receive and apply feedback constructively, with a focus on continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience: 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or equivalent).
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with video and animation software (i.e. After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work across print, digital, and video.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design choices clearly.
- Adaptability: A "no task is too small" attitude with a willingness to learn and grow with the company as well as an openness to feedback.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in typography, layout, and file organization.
- Design Production: Working knowledge of digital design formats and production best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SaaS and/or travel industries
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for ideation, layout exploration, and production efficiency.
- Basic understanding of studio photography (framing, lighting, camera fundamentals)

Salary Range: $78,577-$117,866, plus 10% bonus potential
