The Junior Graphic Designer supports the development and execution of high-quality, on-brand visual materials that support Sales and Marketing initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, this role focuses primarily on production-level design, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and adherence to established brand standards.
Approximately 60% of this role supports Sales enablement initiatives, with the remaining time dedicated to Marketing design needs. The Junior Graphic Designer works primarily within established templates, brand systems, and approved layouts, producing polished, client-facing materials in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Enablement Design Support (Approx. 60%)Support the creation and maintenance of high-quality, client-facing sales materials by working within established templates and brand systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Format, design, and update sales proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials
- Create and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Microsoft Word documents used in sales and client communications
- Apply approved brand standards to improve layout, visual hierarchy, clarity, and readability
- Customize existing templates and decks for specific prospects, clients, and business use cases
- Manage multiple document versions and revisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Conduct quality checks on deliverables to reduce risk in customer-facing materials
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders to execute requests under tight deadlines
- Maintain organized template libraries and shared design assets to support efficient workflows
Assist in the production and execution of marketing assets using established templates and brand systems.
Examples include:
- Social media graphics
- Email and website graphics
- Internal communications visuals
- Marketing collateral and one-pagers
- Event or campaign graphics
- Simple motion graphics, animated presentation elements, or short-form video content (as skillset allows)
All marketing design work is completed under the direction and guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer.

- Maintain consistency with company brand standards and visual guidelines
- Utilize required tools, templates, and systems to produce high-quality deliverables

- Perform additional duties as assigned consistent with the scope of the role
RequirementsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment
- Experience supporting Sales presentations, marketing materials, or client-facing content preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including:
- Master slides
- Layout design
- Chart and data visualization
- Presentation hierarchy
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including:
- Styles and formatting
- Document templates
- Structured layouts
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working within established brand systems and templates
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and revisions simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience creating visual presentations for business, healthcare, or B2B environments
- Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, or enterprise organizations
- Interest in improving workflows through templates, automation, or emerging design tools
- Background in Technical Communications, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics or video editing
