Prowess Consulting is looking for freelance Junior Graphic Designers to join our team of contractors. The ideal candidate will have experience with production design, Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and PowerPoint in a technology environment.
This is a project-based, freelance contractor role that can be worked remotely from one of the states listed below; however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone is essential. This is a contract role with variable work hours. No third-party agencies, please.

You’ll get a chance to help design for infographics, solution briefs, whitepapers, PowerPoint decks, animations, motion graphics, image creation / manipulation and editing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Four+ years of experience in the graphic design field, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
- Proven experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and/or PowerPoint.
- Must be a self-starter capable of working individually and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, responding quickly and thoughtfully to urgent issues.
- Ability to effectively communicate status on deliverables, identify potentially conflicting priorities, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts.
- Degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- The pay range offered for this position is $30 - 35 per hour (1099) depending on experience.
