The role:

As the Junior Graphic Designer on the Creative team, you will be working on the creation of assets for a consumer centric, disruptive, innovative marketing engine that engages and converts our targeted consumer audiences. We seek an optimistic and talented team member that will thrive being part of our dynamic, innovative, fast-paced, forward-thinking team. A passionate person that understands how art, fashion, technology and shopping merge to create an evolving brand like PopSockets

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and extend the creative direction to asset delivery for campaigns, packaging, point of purchase and any other marketing needs.
  • Create trend-driven and imaginative digital campaigns for new collection drops from concept ideation through to final product launch.
  • Align all creative asset deliverables with our brand guidelines and conceptual direction.
  • Assist your team with the development of brand evolution and brand refresh.
  • Work alongside and understand the cross-functional organization.
  • Keep organized and have a highly detailed approach to the work.
  • Work hard, play hard, and learn a lot along the way!

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and/or Illustration.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant design experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe creative suite. Video editing and animation tools are a plus but not required.
  • A forward-thinking design aesthetic, high taste level. 
  • Marketing, brand development and graphic design production portfolio for reference.
  • Solid understanding of production design, mechanical files and extension of the graphic lead.
  • Great eye for detail. A passion for developing high-end design and a fun approach to the intersection of fashion and function.
  • Be self-motivated. Have a fire to learn from your peers and develop your professional growth.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple deadlines and dynamic workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flexible and positive attitude.
