Job Overview:

We’re on a mission to help every family sleep better, starting with the littlest sleepers, and our Creative has to move as fast as we grow. We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join our growth creative team, focused on Newton Baby, our brand of breathable crib mattresses and baby sleep essentials. You’ll turn real parent and creator footage into scroll-stopping ad content that speaks to families at one of the most important moments of their lives. This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who loves editing, thrives on fast iteration, and wants to help build the next generation of DTC advertising for a brand parents trust. You’ll take raw UGC and creator footage and shape it into finished ad variants, working from briefs, testing constantly, and keeping pace with a high-volume cadence of dozens of new ads and edits every week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and edit static and video ad creative across our bedding and mattress brands, for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Transform UGC and creator footage into polished, on-brand ad variants
  • Execute edit requests and fast iterations from the growth team
  • Keep assets organized, well-named, and QA'd in Monday.com, Frame.io, and Aprimo
  • Templatize evergreen creative for recurring requests, so the team can move even faster
  • Partner with creatives, copywriters, and Directors to bring concepts and scripts to life across multiple brands
  • Uphold each brand's identity — typography, tone, and visual style — while flexing between them

The responsibilities described above are not exhaustive. You may be asked, from time to time and as reasonably required by business needs, to perform other duties consistent with your skills and role, including work for or on behalf of our related entities. This job description does not constitute a contract of employment and may be modified at any time, subject to applicable law.

How We'll Measure Success:

  • Volume and turnaround time on ad creative requests
  • Assets shipped per week against backlog
  • Creative performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ad spend) on shipped ads, in partnership with growth and media buying
  • QA accuracy — low error and revision rate on everything you ship

Skills & Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • 1–2 years of design and video editing experience (agency, freelance, or in-house)
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma
  • Familiarity with CapCut, ElevenLabs, and other fast-turn social content tools
  • A production mindset: you’re energized by high volume and quick turnarounds, and you favor iteration over perfection
  • Strong organizational skills that let you juggle multiple asset requests without dropping a thread
  • A portfolio that shows your range (required)

Nice to have:

  • An instinct for what makes performance and DTC creative convert: hooks, pacing, and UGC style
  • Experience editing UGC and creator content specifically for paid social
  • Familiarity with baby, parenting, home, or other DTC e-commerce brands
  • Basic motion graphics skills

What We Offer (subject to eligibility requirements):

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health, Vision & Dental Insurance
  • 401K
  • Generous Paid Time Off plus company holidays
  • Wellness benefits
  • Generous Communications Allowance
  • Awesome product discount and company swag

Benefits are reviewed regularly and may be updated from time to time. Ask your recruiter for the latest details.
