We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our growing Data and Analytics team and help turn business data into useful insights. You will work with structured data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support more experienced analysts with ongoing analytical projects.
This role is a strong opportunity for someone at the beginning of their analytics career who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and learning how data can support business and product decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DOCollect, clean, and organize data from different sources
Prepare recurring reports and basic dashboards
Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies
Support senior analysts with ad hoc analysis and research
Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies
Help define and track business and product metrics
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and analytical documentation
Translate business questions into basic data analysis
Present findings and summaries in a clear and understandable format
Collaborate with Data, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
Support improvements to reporting and data processes
0–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analysis, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and statistics
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to communicate findings clearly
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Willingness to learn new tools and analytical techniques
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with SQL
Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and pivot tables
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of Python or another programming language
Experience working with SaaS, technology, or analytics products
Understanding of Agile or Scrum environments
Academic background in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
$55,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
