What You'll Actually Do
- Deep research into the foundations of why successful videos work on YouTube
- Ideate formats that feel native to YouTube, not recycled from other channels
- Build an idea engine to ensure every brand works on the best of the best ideas
- Write titles and thumbnails that are strategic, clickable, and never clickbait
- Collaborate with editors, creatives, and clients to make every video binge-worthy
- Use data to evolve your approach, without losing your creative instincts
