About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our team and support business analysis efforts across various projects. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to refine requirements, structure project backlogs, and contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions. Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and working knowledge of Salesforce will be key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in project scoping and help structure the backlog for projects to ensure clear prioritization.
Participate in stakeholder analysis, defining personas, and understanding business needs.
Identify and document client pain points, mapping as-is and to-be states to optimize processes.
Engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement, and prioritization sessions with clients.
Conduct elicitation workshops, gathering business requirements and documenting processes effectively.
Maintain the team backlog, ensuring development teams receive well-defined user stories for implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
Practical Business Analysis knowledge with a strong passion for career growth in this field.
General awareness of tools and techniques for requirements analysis and lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, with a preference for candidates holding a Salesforce certification.
Understanding of Agile methodologies, preferably with experience working in a Scrum team.
Familiarity with collaborative requirement-gathering tools and process mapping services such as Jira, Lucidchart, or similar platforms.
