Your work will focus on ensuring customer purchase orders are executed on time, with full alignment between material availability, customer requirements, and data center schedules. About 40% of your time will be spent in meetings to capture leadership inputs and adjust plans, while 60% will focus on data entry, validation, and analysis across Excel, Power BI, and SAP IBP. Starting with foundational data responsibilities, you’ll grow into a more analytical position with opportunities to contribute to reporting, automation, and supply chain optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and track customer-driven purchase orders for AI GPU deliveries within a 0–6 month planning horizon.
  • Monitor and align material availability with data center readiness and customer requirements.
  • Use SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) to review demand and supply signals, ensuring alignment between forecast, orders, and inventory.
  • Perform accurate data entry, review, and validation across systems including Excel, Power BI, and SAP IBP.
  • Conduct regular reviews of leadership inputs and integrate changes into supply chain plans.
  • Identify and escalate discrepancies that could impact customer satisfaction dates or delivery commitments.
  • Support reporting and analytics activities, leveraging Power BI and SAP IBP for dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Document and maintain up-to-date records for process transparency, compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate across supply chain, operations, and leadership teams to ensure execution and accuracy of delivery schedules.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or data operations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Exposure to SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) — demand planning, supply planning, or order management.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization using Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and validation.
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven, and repetitive environment while maintaining quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in SAP IBP modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Optimization.
  • Previous internship or academic project experience related to supply chain management or operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP or planning systems beyond SAP IBP (e.g., Oracle, Kinaxis).
  • Interest in automation, reporting enhancements, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
