Death is our only foe.

Immortals was founded by Bryan Johnson and Kate Tolo to build a new standard for human health and longevity.

We’re building Autonomous Health: a system that uses measurement, scientific evidence, and personalization to help people understand their bodies and make better decisions about their health. What began with Bryan becoming the most measured person in history is becoming a platform for everyone.

Immortals brings together biomarkers, longevity medicine, nutrition, prescriptions, wearables, and personalized protocols in one place, turning health data into clear, actionable decisions.

We’re a small, ambitious team building what we believe will become the new operating system for human health. We move quickly, think from first principles, care deeply about the quality of our work, and hold ourselves to an unusually high standard.

Our mission is simple: help billions of people live healthier lives for longer, and ultimately, Don’t Die.

The Operations & Product - Jr Project Manager, reports to the Operations & Product - Project Manager and works alongside them to keep Blueprint's operations and supply chain projects moving. You will support meeting cadence, project trackers, action item follow through, and project timelines in Smartsheet, partnering across Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality, and Design to make sure every task has an owner, a date, and a place it lives.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM career who wants ownership fast. Project management for our team means being a Swiss Army knife: the scope shifts with what the business needs, and no two weeks look the same. If you like autonomy, moving fast, and being trusted to figure things out, you’ll have a lot of room to make this role your own. You will start by supporting active projects, then take on more ownership as you build fluency with our products and processes, including product revisions & new product development launches. Beyond execution, you will help find efficiencies, strengthen communication between departments, and improve how the team runs projects.

Requirements

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the weekly meeting cadence for the operations and supply chain team: agendas, invites, notes, action items, and recap distribution
  • Maintain and update Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, and trackers for new product launches, product revisions, and other operations projects
  • Support co-manufacturer onboarding and transitions, including documentation, timeline tracking, and cross-functional follow-up
  • Track action items to close across cross-functional owners and follow up until they're resolved
  • Flag timeline risks, dependencies, and blockers early rather than after they slip
  • Move recurring processes and data out of Slack and into Smartsheet for structure and visibility
  • Support launch execution alongside co-manufacturers, packaging vendors, and internal partners
  • Keep project documentation, SOPs, and trackers current and accurate
  • Partner with the Operations & Product Project Manager to build and improve project management processes, find efficiencies, and strengthen communication across departments

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in project coordination, operations, or supply chain (project management experience preferred)
  • Hands-on Smartsheet experience: building sheets and reports
  • Fluency in Slack and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Strong written communication with an operational bias: dates, owners, SKUs, and next steps embedded every time
  • Detail-oriented and able to hold multiple workstreams at once without losing threads
  • Comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and vendors to get answers

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in food or dietary supplements
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
  • Exposure to co-manufacturers, packaging/raw material vendors, POs, or artwork approval workflows (Filestage or similar)
  • Experience supporting a product launch from kickoff to shelf
  • Comfort building simple reporting and dashboards for different audiences
  • Experience coordinating across time zones with international partners
