INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst – Acquisition Programs to support the DHS Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM). The role involves collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational and programmatic performance data to support decision-making, transparency, and acquisition governance across DHS programs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify requirements for acquisition program performance data analytics based on stakeholder input.
- Collect, maintain, and assess programmatic and operational data to support PARM decision-making and oversight.
- Prepare accurate, reliable, and professional data reports, dashboards, and visualizations that include trend analysis, outlier identification, and performance metrics.
- Provide regular recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data collection, analysis, and reporting methods.
- Coordinate with DHS stakeholders to validate data, reporting frequency, and analysis methods.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Over 5 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting supporting program or project management.
Must Have Experience With:
- Acquisition program or operational performance data analytics
- Developing reports, dashboards, and visualizations for executive-level decision-making
- Conducting trend analysis and performance assessments.
- Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related professional training.
Preferred Certifications and Training:
Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related professional training.
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP)
Tableau Desktop Specialist or Professional Certification
Proficiency In:
- Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
- SharePoint and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
- Data visualization and reporting techniques for executive audiences.
Security Clearance:
Must possess and maintain an active Public Trust clearance.
