IronMountain Solutions is seeking a Joint Exercise Senior Military Operations Analyst to provide the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) G37 Training, Readiness and Exercise Division (G37 TREX) joint exercise support.  Advisory and assistance services include the planning, execution, and collection of lessons learned for U.S. Space Command (USSPACECOM), U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), U.S. Northern Command (USNORTHCOM), 1st Space Brigade and 100th Ground-based Missile Defense (GMD) joint exercises and major training events using the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process.  The Joint Exercise Team will coordinate directly with USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM, USNORTHCOM, other Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs), Army Service Component Commands (ASCCs), Corps, Division, 1st Space Brigade, and the 100th Ground-Based Mid-course Defense (GMD) to provide required space exercise support.

Job Responsibilities:      

• Provide expertise in planning USSPACECOM, USSTRATCOM and USNORTHCOM exercises, as well as those assigned for other CCMDs using the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) process.
• Input all key events into the G3 Exercise Branch calendar based on established guidelines.
• Responsible for providing Quad charts, Executive Summaries (EXSUMs) and input to G37 products for all assigned exercises. Possess in depth knowledge of the NCR-IADS communications architecture and its integration with sensors and effectors.
• Familiar with the Joint Chiefs of Staff Memorandum (CJCSM) 3500.03E (Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States) Assist in the preparation, review, and evaluation of test documentation in support of test campaigns.
• Integrate, as possible, 1st Space Brigade and 100th GMD major training events into Tier 1 exercises to provide robust and realistic inputs to challenge the commanders and staff.
• Assist in developing Training Objectives, Exercise Objectives, Warning Orders and Operation Orders.
• Working knowledge of the Joint Training Tool (JTT) and the Joint Master Scenario Events List (JMSEL) tool within JTT.
• During exercise execution, control the planned storylines and MSEL injections. 
• Track and document JTT Task Proficiency Observations (TPO) and complete the Task Performance Evaluations (TPEs) for review and approval by the G37 Division Chief.
• Use the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS) tool to collect Lessons Learned/After Action Review (AAR) comments.
• Facilitate After Action Reviews (AARs) and exercise Hotwashes. 

Education and General experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.

• Bde or above level staff experience.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

• Willing to travel in support of business needs.
