Design, develop and maintain Java/Scala and Spark-based frameworks and data processing solutions. Implement Spark Streaming and Spark SQL, participate in design and architecture reviews, follow full software development and project life cycles, collaborate with global delivery teams, and work with ancillary technologies (Maven, Git, Hadoop, Kafka, AWS, Docker, Hibernate). Cable/media/video domain experience is a plus.

Job Description- At least 3 years of experience in Java and Scala framework or Java and Spark framework
- At least 2 years of Spark / Spark Streaming / Spark SQL experience
- At least 1 year of Maven experience would be preferred but not a must
- At least 1 years of GIT, Hadoop, SQL experience would be preferred but not a must
- At least 1 years of Kafka, AWS, Docket/hibernates experience would be preferred but not a must
- At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
- At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
- At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review.
- Experience with Cable. Media or Video domain would be a plus.
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
