The Manager of Support and Compliance will report to the Director of Classified Infrastructure. This position will be primarily responsible for the leading the Classified Endpoint Support Team, which supports end-user facing physical endpoints that span across the Space and Mission Systems classified networks. This individual will also be responsible for coordination and reporting on IT Compliance activities across our classified networks. In this role, be part of the ITS Classified Infrastructure Leadership Team and will collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders, as well as within ITS to lead the delivery and support of reliable and robust endpoint devices as well as driving IT compliance efforts in support of our classified networks authority to operate (ATOs). This role requires a strong focus on, customer service, ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, exceptional communication, ability to build strong relationships with internal customers, and on-time delivery on both operational and project objectives.
The Enterprise Assurance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers critical assurance disciplines that protect and enable people, data and missions. We provide a comprehensive approach to managing risk across the enterprise for current and future information environments where the business and missions execute. We apply the use of innovative tools and robust processes to ensure mission and business success.

- Provide strong leadership, technical guidance/direction and overall management of assigned. teams. Responsible for ensuring those teams follow stated strategy and objectives to support program execution and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, clear communication and consistently follow-up on issues and projects as required.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the ITS department, Information Assurance (IA) and throughout the company.
- Establish, define, and communicate effective roles and responsibilities and associated performance expectations for assigned teams.
- Prioritize and communicate ongoing activities and projects, goals and objectives.
- Develop and document the process and procedures for consistent and effective infrastructure management, methodologies and standards. Responsible for holding teams accountable to stated process and procedures.

- Participate as a management team member to champion Operational Excellence goals and objectives.

- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Classified Infrastructure.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS/BA in related field plus 8 years or more related experience.
- Each higher-level related degree, i.e. Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- A current, active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
- Exceptional customer service, accountability, professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Solid leadership and management skills to set direction, create goals in alignment with business requirements and timelines, prioritize operational and project tasks, and enforce accountability.
- Solid technical acumen covering various operating systems and network equipment.
- Solid understanding of security requirements for a government contractor, CMMC, NIST 800-171, etc.
- Solid foundation in establishing and managing to an Operational Excellence level of rigor and discipline.
- Solid vendor management skills. Interface with external vendors accordingly to ensure documented expectations are met and address all issues in a timely manner.
