The Impact of an IT Systems Administrator at Coupa:

As an IT Systems Administrator for AI Platforms, you will be the primary technical owner of our enterprise AI ecosystem. You will bridge the gap between AI service providers and our internal teams, ensuring that tools like Claude (Anthropic) and Gemini Enterprise (Google) are seamlessly provisioned, optimized, and supported.

What You'll Do:

  • Platform Administration: Manage administrative consoles for GCP, AWS, and Azure; oversee user provisioning, permission sets, and security configurations.

  • License & Spend Management: Track resource utilization and manage license lifecycles. Monitor cloud usage and monthly spend to ensure budget alignment.

  • Triage & Support: Act as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for cloud infrastructure help desk tickets across GCP, AWS, and Azure. Manage and prioritize incoming service requests for new access or platform features.

  • Vulnerability Management: Run regular vulnerability scans across cloud and on-premises environments, track remediation to closure, and coordinate patch management cycles.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Deliver quarterly reports on cloud platform adoption, ROI, usage trends, and system performance across GCP, AWS, and Azure to stakeholders.

  • Process Improvement: Continuous refinement of service request forms and automated provisioning workflows to streamline the cloud infrastructure onboarding experience.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Google Workspace Admin, enterprise SSO/IdP integrations (including Okta), Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure; exposure to AI model deployment consoles is a plus.

  • Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing high-touch relationships with Tier 1 software vendors.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to translate raw usage data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
