We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist to manage core IT operations and support the employee lifecycle, with a vision towards automating and scaling our IT processes. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a secure and productive digital workplace, helping drive compliance processes (SOC2), and ensuring employees have the tools they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding & offboarding (accounts, devices, permissions)
- Administer Google Workspace (users, groups, settings)
- VPN configuration and support
- Conduct user access reviews
- Assist with SOC 2 evidence collection and compliance tasks
- Order, track, and manage laptop/device inventory
- Triage phishing, malware, and endpoint security issues
- Provide technical support for internal tools and software (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Notion)
- Use JIRA Service Desk to manage tickets and internal projects
- Leverage Zapier and other tools for automation of internal processes
- Help enforce document access and IT security best practices
- 2+ years in IT support or operations, ideally in SaaS
- Experience with Google Workspace and VPNs
- Familiarity with SOC 2 controls and endpoint security
- Experience with JIRA Service Desk, Front, Zapier
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
- Bonus: Experience automating onboarding/offboarding

A reasonable estimate of the on track earnings range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; specific geographic location; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
