We are looking for an Entry-Level IT Support Specialist to help our team resolve day-to-day technical issues and keep employees productive in a remote working environment. You will provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, manage support requests, and help maintain clear internal IT documentation.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, helping others, and building their IT skills in a growing technology company.
WHAT YOU WILL DOProvide first-line technical support to employees
Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot common issues
Assist with software, account, access, and connectivity problems
Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
Help configure and troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, and other workplace technology
Manage and document support requests and their resolution
Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate team
Maintain internal IT documentation and troubleshooting guides
Help manage software access, user accounts, and basic permissions
Support routine software and device setup
Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements
Help maintain an organized and reliable remote IT environment
0–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, help desk, or a related role
Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networks, and common software
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Patient and service-oriented approach to supporting users
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take ownership of issues
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or similar certification
Experience with Windows and macOS
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
Experience with Jira, Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
Basic understanding of identity and access management
Familiarity with remote-support tools
Previous experience supporting a remote or distributed team
$48,000–$62,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
