Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IT Specialist in Denver, Colorado to join our Team. The ideal candidate will assist employees with basic IT needs, help and manage our NetSuite ERP platform, support system users, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software functionality and performance. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business systems, e-commerce, and IT processes.

This is a hybrid role requiring some time in our office. Candidates should be based near Denver, Colorado and comfortable working from our office as needed.

You will be expected to:

  • Provide basic IT support for the organization including workstation setup, software installation, and routine maintenance
  • Assist in system administration, troubleshoot issues, and support customization efforts in NetSuite ERP
  • Develop test cases, execute testing, and document results to ensure system changes meet business needs
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing data from NetSuite, Shopify, and Data Warehouse
  • Work closely with business units to understand workflows and suggest system improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system processes, configurations, and testing results
  • Support Technology Manager on ad-hoc projects and interface with business unit subject matter experts

Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in an IT support function or similar role 
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
  • Basic understanding of NetSuite ERP and/or Shopify is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in apparel/retail industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or NetSuite SuiteScript is a plus
  • Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field is a plus

Salary Range: $55,000 - 65,000 base + bonus
