The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and enhancing the hiring process.
Access Softek is a fintech company that has been shaping digital banking for decades — and still loves being first.
We were behind some of the industry’s earliest digital banking innovations, from the first app-based mobile banking to early web-based personal finance tools. Today, we work with over 400 banks and credit unions across the U.S., building mobile-first digital banking solutions with AI woven throughout the platform.
We’re looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team — someone who already understands the basics of tech recruitment and is excited to grow into a strong, confident hiring partner.
This role is a great fit if you want to deepen your technical recruiting skills, and like improving processes instead of just following them. You won’t be expected to know everything from day one — we’re ready to support your growth and help you level up.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from opening a position to offer stage
- Partner closely with hiring managers and keep them informed about progress, risks, and timelines
- Help shape job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate experience
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Use data and feedback to understand what’s working (and what isn’t) and improve the hiring process
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture where people support each other and grow together
Requirements:
- 1.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; IT recruitment experience is a plus
- English level B2+ (you’ll be working with English-speaking hiring managers and documentation)
- Comfort working with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, sourcing tools)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates in a fast-changing, high-volume environment
- Strong prioritization skills, with the flexibility to re-prioritize when hiring needs shift
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
Our benefits:
- Long-term, stable employment in a US-based fintech company
- Home office equipment (computer, additional monitor, etc.), if necessary
- Internet compensation (50$ per month)
- Paid vacation and days off on national holidays
- Paid sick leave and internal medical insurance policy
- English at special corporate rates
- Compensation for training and additional education
- Community of practice, regular knowledge sharing among colleagues
- Friendly and easy-going international team and colleagues
