The IT Recruiter coordinates the recruiting process, manages full-cycle recruitment, builds networks, and improves hiring strategies, focusing on the Polish IT market.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of IT recruiting experience in Poland.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
- Deep understanding of the hiring process and features of the Polish IT talent market.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefit offerings among multi-national companies in Poland.
- Team leadership experience.
- Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans.
- Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages.
- Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results.
AS A PLUS
- Knowledge of the Polish language will be a big advantage.
- Experience working with IT researchers.
- Recruitment agency experience.
- Practical sales experience.
SCOPE OF DUTIES
- Be a key person in coordinating the recruitment process in Poland, improve our recruitment processes and educate recruiters on IT talent attraction / best practices in Poland.
- Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the Polish labor market.
- Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.
- Starting a project from scratch and building hiring processes.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes: searching, interviewing, and selecting exceptional talent, keeping candidates in the loop at every stage, providing feedback, job offer negotiation, and closing technical vacancies.
- Cooperation with the Alcor Team of IT Researchers.
- Highlight issues during the hiring process, create an improvement action plan, and vacancy promotion on the IT market.
