OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for planning and managing the execution of IT projects of medium to large size & complexity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Leads or contributes to the overall design, selection, installation, modification, and operation of an information systems capability.
2. Understands and applies Project Management practices.
3.Follows standard procedures for a particular set of applications.
4.Develops documentation and delivers training in the fundamentals of various applications.
5.Scheduling expertise and cost management.
6.Authority to complete assignments according to standard operating procedures; Exercises own judgement in proposing a solution for handling non-standard assignments.
7.Developing cost estimates, project plans and execution of projects
8.Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, and EXPERIENCE
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
Experience
7 or more years of applicable and proven experience in leading Information Technology / Services Projects.
Licenses: None
Certifications: PMP certification preferred
- No clearance requirement but the contract and/or the site requires US Citizenship to be approved for access. (includes NACI / T1, MRPT, CAC): Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
1.Developed communication skills, both written & verbal. Able to translate technical jargon to simple business language.

Light work–significant degree of walking or standing, lifting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently

This position does not require any supervisor responsibilities.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $83,178.91 - $105,315.23 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
