Abnormal Security is hiring an IT Project Manager to support our AI Platform team. You’ll help drive delivery of impactful AI capabilities by managing multiple concurrent projects in an agile framework. This role offers a unique opportunity to orchestrate collaboration across ML, infrastructure, and product teams. What you will do- Drive AI Platform projects from conception to delivery in an Agile environment.
- Maintain sprint plans, coordinate team ceremonies, and ensure accurate story estimation and backlog hygiene.
- Define and track KPIs to measure project delivery performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with Engineering, Data Science, and Product partners.
- Implement tooling for project tracking, communication, and reporting.
- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement loops.
- Report regularly to leadership with progress, blockers, and mitigation strategies.
- Support roadmap planning and team resource forecasting.
- 4–6 years of project management experience in technology environments, primarily utilizing Agile delivery.
- Proven experience working with or supporting AI/ML or Data Engineering teams.
- Solid command of ServiceNow, Jira and/or similar Agile project management tools.
- Track record of delivering high-impact software or platform features.
- Effective communicator and facilitator across highly technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and process improvements in ambiguous environments.
- Experience working with distributed or remote-first teams.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with MLOps workflows or AI/ML deployment practices.
- Experience at a high-growth startup or SaaS company.
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Background in data product or AI feature lifecycle management.
- Experience managing processes/projects in ServiceNow SPM / PPM
