Job Description

We're looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our business and technology groups, helping to define and optimize our solutions.

You'll be responsible for:

• Analysis & Process: Working with stakeholders to define business requirements and create process models, mock-ups, and user stories.

• Data & Insights: Creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track business performance and identify opportunities.

• Team Collaboration: Supporting stakeholders with backlog prioritization and user acceptance testing, while working closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of project goals.

• Problem-Solving: Researching information and troubleshooting issues to make sound business decisions.

• Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and successfully managing multiple projects under pressure.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in business or requirements analysis, with a strong background in Scrum development.

• Expert in Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and using SQL or NoSQL databases for queries.

• The ability to create detailed documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Product Owner certification (CSPO) is a plus.

• Experience in the Financial Services or Mortgage Servicing industry is highly preferred.
