Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares and presents parts of written status reports for clients.
- Develops competency in enterprise IT system analysis and development.
- Creates, prepares, and delivers test scenarios, test strategies, reviews, and test data while adhering to business processes and test standards.
- Conducts user acceptance testing on technical work items delivered for the business.
- Provides a detailed description of scenarios that failed.
- Verifies and validates business requirements against business processes.
- Reports defects in the test management tool and manages them throughout their lifecycle.
- Determines if assigned scenarios pass or fail and records findings.
- Partners with the business to engage and lead transparent testing efforts.
- Authors complex test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Partners with the testing team and business to select test scripts and regression test scripts to represent the business process.
- Performs complex test data conditioning, regression testing, and testing validation.
- Develops competency in federal and state policy, specifically federal funding requirements.
- Assists with the implementation of major project phases or tasks.
- Participates on proposal writing teams, including writing and coordinating submissions.
- Assists with the preparation of other written reports, major deliverables, and other materials for clients.

- Agile project experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in consulting, IT or other relevant field.

This position is remote/hybrid with travel/onsite requirements. To be successful in a remote work role at PCG, you must:
- be available during your set working hours
- have a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your work, and
- be able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job duties
Some travel to the office or elsewhere is required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $52,000-75,000.
