This role is externally focused, with a strong emphasis on underwriting, sourcing new investment opportunities, and coordinating due diligence across our acquisition, disposition, and financing activities.   • Physical requirements are minimal

• Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, lending, private equity, or a similar analytical role
  (motivated candidates with different backgrounds may be considered)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with CoStar, Yardi, RedIQ, or similar tools preferred
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with a wide range of external partnerships

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 day a week remote
• Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential
• Location: 375 S. Broadway, Ste 200, Denver, CO
