What You'll Do
- Underwrite multifamily acquisitions using RedPeak’s financial models, return metrics, and
investment criteria - Manage and track deal pipeline and target property list
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and market partners to
support deal flow - Complete rent, sales, and operating comparable analyses and prepare scenario and sensitivity
work - Participate in property walks, market tours, and broker meetings
Due Diligence
- Coordinate due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and debt financings with internal
teams, third-party consultants, and transaction partners - Manage checklists, data rooms, and timelines to ensure smooth and timely closings
Market Research - Conduct detailed market research across Denver and Colorado markets—including
supply/demand trends, new development activity, and economic drivers - Support the creation of periodic market updates and strategic investment insights
Investment Memo & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing investment committee memos, acquisition summaries, and internal
presentations - Translate financial and market findings into clear, concise materials that support decision-
making - Update space markets dashboards and market insights reports for leadership review

• Physical requirements are minimal
• Ability to be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work at a desk in front of a computer for extended periods - Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, lending, private equity, or a similar analytical role
(motivated candidates with different backgrounds may be considered)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with CoStar, Yardi, RedIQ, or similar tools preferred - • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with a wide range of external partnerships
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 1 day a week remote
- Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 with bonus potential
- Location: 375 S. Broadway, Ste 200, Denver, CO
