Team Overview
As Market Development Strategy - Senior Advisor (COE), you will serve as a strategic catalyst enabling scalable market development across TransUnion International. Operating as part of the Market Development Center of Excellence, you will shape, standardize, and scale market development practices, go‑to‑market frameworks, and insight‑driven growth methodologies that can be leveraged across regions. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development. This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
- Design and scale standardized Market Development frameworks, playbooks, and methodologies that can be leveraged across INTL markets
- Establish and elevate quality standards for market development assets and approaches across INTL
- Enable industrialization of processes, artifacts, assets, and collaterals to support a 1‑to‑many COE delivery model
- Act as a strategic COE liaison with Product Marketing, Solutions, Risk & Compliance, Sales Enablement, and Strategy to ensure alignment on GTM orchestration
- Own and evolve the Masterclass Series Program, defining learning paths to continuously develop Market Development capabilities
- Curate, store, and maintain the Market Development Knowledge Network as the centralized COE asset repository across INTL
- Support development of common content required to enable regional GTM execution through strategy frameworks, market intelligence, and guidance
- Deliver market sizing, adjacency, and vertical insights to inform regional GTM plans
- Serve as COE steward for the Thematic Selling Program, partnering with regions to analyze results, support quarterly reviews, and cross‑pollinate high‑impact initiatives from an enablement perspective
- Enable COE engagement models that translate market and client insight into scalable product and solution inputs
- Contribute insight across the solution lifecycle to strengthen commercial readiness and localization relevance
- Establish the State of the Market forum structure and support regions in delivering localized sessions
- Enable localized Thought Leadership and post‑activation playbooks for key industry events
- Define quality standards for Advisory Boards, post‑Summit activation strategies, and other proven practices to amplify consistent impact across INTL
- Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and regional teams to ensure market development programs are supported by appropriate data, tooling, and reporting mechanisms
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Support regional market development strategy design through insight, analysis, and reusable COE frameworks
- Analyze GTM progress, performance trends, and adoption signals to inform continuous improvement
- Conduct market scans, regulatory analysis, and opportunity assessments to support informed expansion and investment decisions
- Establish and maintain regular COE operating cadences (e.g., office hours, reviews, forums) to support regional adoption, monitor effectiveness of enablement programs, and surface execution insights
- Work with a diverse group of markets and regions, willing to operate across and accommodate to different time-zones
Measures of Success
- Adoption of COE‑developed Market Development frameworks across regions
- Improved GTM consistency and execution confidence among regional teams
- Increased utilization of thematic selling and Thought Leadership assets
- Evidence of effective delivery and adoption of COE‑enabled training and enablement programs across regions
- Positive stakeholder feedback on strategic guidance, insight quality, and cross‑functional collaboration
Required Knowledge and Experiences
- Contribute to the articulation and operationalization of 1–2‑year Market Development priorities aligned with enterprise strategy
- Operate with high influence in a matrixed, global environment, building trust‑based relationships across functions and regions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Go-to-market strategies, global commercialization, content and asset development for sales enablement for diverse markets, industry analysis, project management, program management, market development, strategy, or global/regional program roles
- Background in leading initiatives with functional and regional stakeholders, comfortable dealing with multiple competing priorities.
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, or Consulting
- Strong analytical, consultative, and executive‑level communication skills
- AI‑savvy, with demonstrated comfort leveraging AI tools to simplify work and augment capacity

Pay Scale Information:The U.S. base salary range for this position is $126,700.00 - $190,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
