Build and scale an international robotics data acquisition network across emerging markets. Source venues and strategic local agencies, optimize lead-generation funnels, evaluate deployment environments, coordinate hardware installation and calibration, and establish reliable data pipelines. Manage vendor training, SLAs, KPIs, verification, and anti-fraud controls while translating robotics and embodied AI data requirements into field operations. Requires international growth or field operations experience, partner management, technical data fluency, language skills, and frequent travel.

Role Mission

Build and scale our international robotics data acquisition network from scratch across target markets (e.g., LATAM, SEA, Africa). This role owns the end-to-end pipeline of securing high-fidelity physical world data (Egocentric video, Teleoperation datasets, etc.) by acquiring individual high-value venues and signing strategic, multi-scenario local agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Data Scenario BD & Strategic Partnerships: Source, negotiate, and close high-value target venues overseas; actively recruit and manage local partners capable of delivering turnkey access to multi-scenario networks

  • Inbound & Funnel Optimization: Design and optimize inbound lead generation funnels from first touch to conversion; systematically improve websites, landing pages, and lead-capture systems while partnering with Sales to build bulletproof lead qualification and follow-up infrastructure.

  • Scene Evaluation & Infrastructure Deployment: Evaluate real-world environments against strict criteria for embodied AI and robotics training; own the field deployment, calibration, and cold-start operations of high-precision, multi-modal data collection hardware.

  • Ground Operations & Anti-Fraud Management: Establish and optimize end-to-end local data pipelines from scratch; own vendor training, SLA enforcement, and KPI tracking while implementing rigorous verification systems to eliminate data fabrication and bad-faith sourcing.

Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing international growth, field operations, or ground execution for major tech platforms, IoT companies, or hardware-enabled startups.

  • Proven track record of sourcing, onboarding, and managing overseas agencies, vendor networks, and B2B channel partners (Required).

  • Professional fluency in English; working proficiency or fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or other target-market languages is highly preferred.

  • Solid grasp of Embodied AI and machine learning data fundamentals (e.g., Teleoperation workflows, Egocentric/First-Person vision requirements) with the ability to translate technical data specifications into field operational blueprints.

  • A resilient, "builder" mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity, comfortable traveling frequently and executing directly in unstructured or high-friction environments.

  • Strong cross-functional capability, matching analytical funnel management (SQL/Excel, conversion rates) with high-stakes, face-to-face field negotiation.
