Opportunity Overview 

Your main responsibility will be to cultivate and develop relationships with current PartsBase Inc. members. You’ll use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss the potential client’s needs, then explain how our platform will benefit them. You will manage the annual renewal of current member contracts, and proactively create upsell/ cross-sell opportunities of ancillary products and new PartsBase initiatives. We have a comprehensive training program that will cover all of this and can transform you into a PartsBase specialist.  

 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders with PartsBase’s international market. 

  • Work closely with key contacts within the customer’s organization to identify growth opportunities and expand the scope of services provided to customers, emphasizing a scaled program approach. 

  • Create impactful customer connections through insights and education via demos and presentations. 

  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels, proactively identify issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and efficient manner. 

  • Develop and implement strategies to control client churn and maximize retention rates. 

Requirements 

  • Full proficiency in English and Portuguese.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent of 2 years working experience in sales & account management.  

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  

  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.  

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.  

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.  

  • Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.  

  • Active listening skills.  

  • Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly.  

  • Quota carrying inside sales/business development experience is desirable.  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.  

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.  

  • CRM experience (ex. Salesforce, HubSpot, ORO, etc.) 

  • Additional fluency in Portuguese and French is a plus, but not required.
